ACM Programming Contest
  2005 Rocky Mountain Regional Contest  

Utah Valley State College is a host for the Rocky Mountain Regional Contest of the ACM Programming Contest. UVSC is in Orem, Utah.

Note: We do not expect the information on these pages to change, but unexpected changes might arise, so please check back for updates.

Programming Environment

The programming environment will be SuSE Linux 9.3.

Editors:
emacs, vi, pico, gvim

Compilers:
gcc for C
g++ for C++
javac for Java (and java for executing Java programs)

IDEs:
Version 3.1 of the Eclipse IDE, with JDT (Java Development Tools) and CDT (C/C++ Development Tools)
Anjuta

Java:
The system default for Java will be 1.4.2, but 1.5 will be available in /usr/java

NOTE: All printouts must have your team number at the beginning.
